REFUND / CANCELLATION:

We gladly accepts returns of unused or defective merchandise for full refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on graphicartscenter.org, please send us a request for a return authorization within 14 days of delivery date. FULFILLMENT / SHIPPING:
Packages ship within 10 business days from the date we receive the order. They will arrive 7-10 days later. Orders are shipped from our Portland, OR warehouse, or directly from our on demand weaving supplier MWW On Demand, located in Hendersonville, NC. Packages ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Products: Our products are guaranteed to be new. The product availability is indicated on the product pages. The photographs on our site are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, especially regarding the colors and textures. These photographs have no contractual value.

Price: The price shown on the shopping page and the product sheets does not include shipping costs. The total price with all taxes included is indicated in your basket and in your invoice. It includes the price of the products, the costs of handling, packing and preserving the products and the costs of transport.
Intellectual Property: No person shall be permitted to reproduce, exploit, disseminate or use any part of the site, in any way whatsoever, except upon written consent of Graphic Arts Center.
